Oly accounts exist only for purchases made on our website. The account stores your sign-in identity (email address, or your Google/Apple sign-in identity), your website order records, and the tracking goal you chose on the website. It never contains your health data — cycle, pregnancy, symptom, and journal data live only on your device and are covered by the in-app "Delete all data" feature, independent of the account.
Delete from the app (fastest):
Your sign-in identity is removed immediately.
Delete without the app:
If you no longer have the app installed, email us at contact@pixel.green from the address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my Oly account". We will delete the account and confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted:
Deleting your web account removes your sign-in identity (email / Google / Apple identifier), the website order records we hold, and the tracking goal you chose on the website. Your data inside the app on your device is not affected by this and can be deleted separately in the app’s settings ("Delete all data").
What is not deleted:
Deleting the account does NOT cancel an active subscription — billing is managed by Stripe. Cancel first via the link in your purchase email, or contact us at contact@pixel.green. Transaction records may be retained by our payment providers as required by law (accounting and tax obligations).
